Yes. I create pieces with meaning and purpose. If you are not happy with your treasure I will gladly accept an exchange or return with full refund applied as credit online. I offer repairs on all Shelton Metal jewelry, only. Treasures are made to withstand your journey but with love & care. Each piece is handmade and accidents happen. I will gladly fix any issue or damage I am responsible for. Small fees might be applied to repairs that are out of my control. Chain replacements and repairs are available as well. Gold Plated: 100% Brass with a thick layer of 18k gold plating on top. Plating should last for years if taken proper care of (see care below)Gold Vermeil: 100% Sterling Silver with a thick layer of 18k gold plating on top. This option is usually more expensive yet last longer with less trouble for those with brass or nickel allergies. Care is still required.Gold Filled: Most chain options online are either sterling silver, solid gold or gold filled. Gold filled chains are a higher quality than gold plated and withstand the oils of skin. Gold filled jewelry is composed of layers of gold alloy that is permanently bonded to the brass core with heat and pressure. 

To prolong the journey of your gold plated, gold filled, or vermeil treasures I recommend removing them before showering or swimming, washing your hands, or applying oils/lotion. These materials will darken or tarnish over years of wear as well as if they are wet over time. You can have them re-plated with a small fee or enjoy the changes with its journey. I do not recommend cleaning with a harsh chemical, use a polish pad or damp cloth.Solid gold or sterling silver can be cleaned with natural options such as lemon juice, tomato paste, or vinegar/baking soda solution. These metal options can be worn for a lifetime with less care or worry of tarnish if wet.

Shelton Metal is not responsible for broken or damaged jewelry after worn for longer than 2 weeks. When receiving heirloom or recyclable metals and gems, DESIGNER, Colby Byrd, is not accountable for stolen or lost shipments. Customers are encouraged to have insurance on jewelry over 1k. If you,CUSTOMER, is not happy with custom order than changes can be made (ONE revision on custom orders) but payments are final upon custom invoice. Wholesale orders are filled upon request by retail location with set contact via Shelton Metal. NO exchanges via wholesale orders.​
